At Pure Integrative Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
