Ingredients:

GABA (synthetic) 125 mg Glycine (Aminoacetic acid) [USP] 112.5 mg
Magnesium (Dimagnesium malate) 7.5 mg
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) [USP] 20 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) [USP] 25 mg
Dong quai (Angelica sinensis, Root) 75 mg (10:1, QCE 750 mg)
Crampbark (Viburnum opulus, Twig bark) 100 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Stearic acid, Magnesium stearate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Silicon dioxide, Hypromellose.

Directions:

Take 2 capsules 2 times per day. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Store in airtight container in a cool dry place, protected from light and moisture. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
