Ingredients:

Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) stem, leaf 475 mg

Other Ingredients: plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), magnesium stearate

Directions:

Adults take 2 capsules 3 to 4 times per day with a meal.

Cautions:

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you experience gastrointestinal upset which persists and/or nausea, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
