Fish Oil (Providing 300 mg EPA, 200 mg DHA) (Derived from a blend of: mackerel, sardine, anchovy) 980 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Gelatin, glycerin, water, contains 2% or less of natural lemon flavour, mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract, and ascorbyl palmitate.

Directions:

Adults: Take 6 soft gels daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Children 13 - 18 years old: Take 4 soft gels daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Children up to 12 years of age: Take 1 soft gel daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
