Ingredients:

Niacin (nicotinic acid) 500 mg
Calcium (dicalcium phosphate) 40 mg
Phosphorus (dicalcium phosphate) 30 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, magnesium stearate (veg), coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, medium-chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropylcellulose), and silica.

Directions:

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Cautions:

Do not exceed the recommended dose except on the advice of a healthcare practitioner. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
